We talked with Previdente\u2019s clinical director to find out more about the path it has taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previdente was created 25 years ago, in the Algarve, by S\u00e9rgio Pereira, in an \u201cadapted kitchen\u201d, but has celebrated great success since. The director of the Previdente clinic stated, \u201c25 years is a long time\u201d, and holds \u201cmany stories in my memory and heart\u201d. In fact, reaching quarter of a century is a respectable milestone, especially in today\u2019s society, where we have been faced with many economic crises. According to Previdente\u2019s clinical director, the biggest challenge of managing a company for so many years has been \u201chuman resources management because, between employees and collaborators, we are more than 40 people.
