Was the creation of an integrated oral healthcare process a goal for Davallmed from day one?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As an oral surgeon, one of my primary concerns, especially in areas like implantology, revolves around understanding and ensuring quality in the processes and the finalization of each laboratory work. We all know the efforts that dental laboratories put in during a time marked by challenges in managing and retaining human resources. The laboratory work of this team cannot be subject to the consequences of these difficulties, which often compromise the final quality. For me, the creation of a dental laboratory is not a novelty, as I co-founded my first laboratory back in 2011. It’s currently a successful laboratory but has struggled to meet Davallmed’s needs regarding production times due to the size of its growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Davallmed is demanding when it comes to quality and timelines for its procedures. It serves as a true school for professionals, whether they are dentists or dental technicians. The clinic is meticulous about all its procedures, a requirement substantiated by obtaining ISO 9001 certification for clinical and laboratory procedures, an international quality certification. The clinic’s exacting standards led to the need to establish an in-house laboratory, with a significant and almost exclusive dedication to the clinic, focusing on quality control, quick response times, the development of new procedures, and the commitment to staying at the forefront and continuously updating with new technologies. We have the know-how, know-how to grow a team, and the ability to innovate procedures. This has always been my concern, to have a truly integrated oral healthcare system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
