We’re organizing the DentalPro Awards again, but this year with a different format. The \u201cBest Dentist\u201d initiative, with several categories in competition, aims to honor and distinguish the work of excellence of Portuguese dentists and simultaneously promote greater communication and interaction between the various players in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Before the winners are announced, a business lunch will be held to bring together the members of the jury, made up of a representative cross-section of the dental sector’s business community. Susana Costa, head of the dental area at Zeiss, is among the professionals who will be selecting the dental clinics’ work of excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born in Porto and with a degree in Biotechnology, Susana Costa’s professional career has been focused on medical equipment in the dental field since 2018. Her professional career has mainly been in the commercial area, as a product manager, with the last few years dedicated to surgical magnification. At Zeiss, she is responsible for the dental area, as a product and applications specialist for microscopes and also for surgical loupes for all medical and surgical specialties in Portugal. “Zeiss helps doctors around the world diagnose and treat diseases effectively. We develop, manufacture, and market innovative and comprehensive diagnostic and treatment systems.” Her favorite hobby is traveling and getting to know new cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the event, in addition to the voting, there will be a debate between the professionals present, on current and relevant topics for the activity. It will also be a great opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas. The jury meeting will take place on June 17 in Porto.
