Bruno Rodrigues is the face behind avacare, a software company conceived \u2018with the mission of developing intelligent solutions that could transform the health sector, making it more efficient and accessible\u2019. We went to meet this \u2018young\u2019 entrepreneur to \u2018unveil\u2019 a little more about this business based on artificial intelligence (AI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Together with Sami Akcabelen and Jaime Perdig\u00e3o, Bruno Rodrigues created avacare this year, \u2018the fruit of the realization of a dream and a passion for technology and artificial intelligence\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the young entrepreneur, avacare combines technological innovation with social impact: \u2018Founded in partnership with my German partner Sami Akcabelen and lawyer Jaime Perdig\u00e3o, the company was conceived with the clear mission of developing intelligent solutions that could transform the healthcare sector, making it more efficient and accessible. The choice of the name avacare reflected our ambition to create a continuous flow of innovation and improvements, guided by the hive of ideas and collaborations.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
avacare develops AI software that automates all interactions with patients, guaranteeing instant responses not only for scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments but also for any questions related to health and the ongoing treatment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bruno Rodrigues mentions that the company is currently focussed on the dental field, \u2018where they identified a significant opportunity to lighten the load on receptionists through an advanced digital assistant. Our system is designed to handle most of the repetitive customer support tasks, from booking to confirming appointments. This allows receptionists to concentrate on tasks that require a human touch, such as welcoming patients to clinics calmly and serenely.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
avacare’s CEO reveals that they are already in the preparation and testing phase to implement the solution in several clinics. In addition, they are working on \u2018integration with one of Portugal’s most highly regarded management software programs for dental clinics, which will allow perfect synergy between the avacare digital assistant and the management tools already used by healthcare professionals\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
