DentalPro: Open since\u00a01982, what is your balance of this 35 year journey?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jo\u00e3o Bascuinho:<\/strong>\u00a0Everything changed. In 1982 we started with two dentists in a very small space. As the years went by, the clinical staff has increased and our space had to accompany that growth. In 2008 we refurbished and amplified the space significantly. At the moment we have six medical offices, one operating block, and a dental prosthesis lab. With our patients’ high degree of demand, with the quality with which we work and with the success we have, I foresee that the space will have to grow once more soon. It is the only way to keep up with the advances in dental medicine technology and meet the expectations of those who seek us.<\/p>\n

DP: Dentoral has always invested in hiring the best professionals for each dental medicine specialty. Is that the secret for the enormous longevity of this clinic?<\/strong><\/p>\n

JB:<\/strong>\u00a0Without a doubt. I pride myself in having in my team professionals who are among the best in their specialties. But the secret lies, also, in the human being that each professional is inside his office. It’s important to have the academic knowledge and the clinical practice, but it’s essential to know how to listen, understand, sensitize and motivate the patient in order to have success in the long term concerning the treatment plan and to retain the patient.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
