The Stomatology Service of the Hospital Centre of Set\u00fabal (CHS) has held recently the 1st Meeting of Stomatology for General and Family Medicine. \u201cThe idea to create Stomatomedicine came as a result of this meeting\u2019s dynamism, a project in which we will carry out telemedicine appointments alongside different health centres\u201d, David \u00c2ngelo, a member of this meeting\u2019s organising committee, unfurls.
\nIn an interview conceded to Just News, the expert states that the first advantage of Stomatomedicine \u201cis for the patient himself, who can avoid a needless visit to the hospital or be seen in the emergency room, if there is a need to do so\u201d, emphasizing that \u201cfamily doctors will be able to work alongside stomatology\u201d. Inquired by similar projects in our country, David \u00c2ngelo mentions that he is not aware of such thing, but he believes that \u201cis a matter of time, as this is a project that has an enormous potential.
