To mark the date, its mentor &#8211; Crist\u00f3v\u00e3o Couto &#8211; organised an event in Leiria on 17th February of this year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In addition to celebrating this anniversary, I wanted to take advantage of the moment to make a personal idea a reality.
