On her facebook page she assumes that it is \u201cwith great honor and responsibility that I accept this challenge\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The former president, Armando Dias da Silva, left a message to his successor, on his facebook page too: \u201cI wish Prof. Dr. Teresa Pinho best wishes as SPO&#8217;s chairman. I have always argued that positions of this responsibility should never be for so long. I promised that there would only be one mandate; I kept my word.
