Juliana André Laboratory creates Tracking Tool

Juliana André Dental Laboratory has created a tracking tool, allowing dental clinics and other customers to follow the status of their work requests. The idea was introduced to “facilitate both the laboratory’s and the clinic’s work”, as everything will be made available on the laboratory’s site.

By using a QR Code, clients have the opportunity to follow the work and understand what stage it is at.

Marco Rocha, commercial director of the Laboratory, reveals to LabPro that there has been “a high international demand and this project will make it much easier for everyone”. In addition, it will also facilitate the work of the laboratory, which will have easily-accessible history of each work in one place.

According to Marco Rocha, the inspiration to create this tool came “together with the company that manages the laboratory’s site”, following the concept already used by CTT and others, “the idea was to use the same concept as the carriers, but in an improved manner”.

Essentially, the “tracking” allows access to information about the work developed by the Juliana André Laboratory. Each client will have a QR code and will be informed about all the steps. “The online platform, available on the laboratory’s website, will also allow clients to send files such as photos and other documents that may be useful to the work, interconnecting everything. In each new project that is created, the client immediately receives an alert that the work is in the laboratory and will begin. This is undoubtedly a tool that will bring a lot of benefits”, explains the salesman.

The platform is already available.
