Founded on the 20th of June 1997, by Sérgio Pereira, Previdente celebrates its silver jubilee, always striving for patients with “total dedication, valuable technical quality and human availability in consultations”. We talked with Previdente’s clinical director to find out more about the path it has taken.
Previdente was created 25 years ago, in the Algarve, by Sérgio Pereira, in an “adapted kitchen”, but has celebrated great success since. The director of the Previdente clinic stated, “25 years is a long time”, and holds “many stories in my memory and heart”. In fact, reaching quarter of a century is a respectable milestone, especially in today’s society, where we have been faced with many economic crises. According to Previdente’s clinical director, the biggest challenge of managing a company for so many years has been “human resources management because, between employees and collaborators, we are more than 40 people. Training, instilling our company culture and eventually replacing employees is a big challenge, especially in the Algarve”.
