La Salete Alves writes a book about longevity
La Salete Alves presented her latest literary work, “Curvatura da Vida – Estratégias de Longevidade”, on October 5 at Cabedelo beach in Viana do Castelo. With this book, she intends to “inspire and motivate the reader on the path to longevity, through a set of strategies that take them to another level and reverse the aging process”.
