Lidel published the book “Termografia – Imagem Médica e Síndromes Dolorosas” (Thermography – Medical Imaging and Painful Syndromes), coordinated by six professionals of medicine and engineering. Among them, there are the dentists Afonso Pinhão Ferreira and Miguel Pais Clemente. Joaquim Gabriel, Catarina Aguiar Branco, Clara Ramalhão e Ricardo Vardasca are the other four.
The book presents thermography as a medical imaging tool available for clinical use, which can be helpful in a variety of areas, namely diagnosis and following of painful syndromes. The book has 19 chapters and includes subjects dedicated to orofacial pain.
