The Master Cadaver Lab was a disruptive training organized by MegaGen Portugal, in a partnership with Iron Education, and under the leadership of the International Specialist Howard Gluckman. It has held at the ICBAS – Abel Salazar Biomedical Sciences Institute in the city of Porto on May 7th and 8th.
This two-day event was full of learning and innovative techniques lead by the distinguished professional Howard Gluckman, whose path in the study and evolution of implantology is unique. There were only 20 seats available for this training considering the practical side of the lab: the testing of implantology techniques in cadavers.
“This is quite a privilege to get: it gives the students the phenomenal opportunity to do real surgery on people who have graciously given their body to science, and i think we have to respect them and acknowledge that it is something really fantastic” – Howard Gluckman.
