According to the perspectives portrayed in this special edition, 2021 is seen to be a year of recovery and consolidation, with the “development of new business channels” in a “restructuring” driven by the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. “Adaptation” and “change” were also words and ideas repeated by many of the professionals in 2021 and 2022.
