How has your work evolved? What is Novodente’s scope of action?
Now, the clinics correspond to 100% of our production with the feeling we have a lot of satisfied clients. Regarding specific partnerships, we are currently working with Nobel Biocare. We work within an approximate radius of 50 kilometers with a courier service that picks up and takes away work on a daily basis. Everything outside this perimeter, we work with a courier, because it’s no longer worthwhile for us to have an in-house courier service. We have clinics in Guimarães, Chaves and Águeda. We’ve even worked with a clinic in the Algarve. So, if possible, we work all over the country.
What is the number one goal of Novodente?
We want to share all our know-how with the market. More customers are advertising, so I want more. We want to grow and growing means having more people working. Our image is on the street and in clinics through our delivery man and the aforementioned boxes. Social media, particularly Facebook, is a window into Novodente that we try to promote on a daily basis. It is important to show our work.
