Dental medicine faces several challenges, from the outset, to be practiced with excellence, in all sectors of the population. The second challenge: legislation and bureaucracy that make the dentist have less time to exercise the activity and be forced, most of his time, to be a manager and administrator. The third challenge, the experience of recent graduates. Universities must urgently find solutions so that colleagues finish courses with greater clinical experience, which is not the case”.
