Portuguese researchers awarded by Biolocker technology
A multidisciplinary team from the Institute of Research and Innovation at the University of Porto (also known as i3S) and from the Faculties of Science, Technology and Medicine at the University of Coimbra developed a new technology based on a natural organic molecule, which prevents the formation of bacterial plaque, the main contributor to tooth decay and other dental pathologies.
